Refund / Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase, but in case you are not satisfied with your purchase. Soror Bling accepts returns for exchange or refund on Full-priced regular merchandise, within 7 days of receipt. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, exchange only.
All CUSTOM items are FINAL SALE, and not eligible for a return or exchange.

We will gladly exchange your regular priced merchandise, additional shipping costs may apply. Please use the Contact Us form for exchange instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Feel free to use the carrier of your choice.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed minus the original shipping and handling charges, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days of your return receipt.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
